it took a lot of walking about. we looked at three altogether. the first was nice, but no insured for five people to live in, and there was no double bed, for rachael and jim.

the second was, to be honest a bit of a poo-hole, everything was really crammed together, dirty and smelly.

but the third was big enough, the landlord would give us two double beds, one for me and dave, and one for rachael and jim, and two little rooms, for chris and dave to work and keep his stuff in. it was really nice, with a big garden and a good kitchen, and nice wooden floors.

the landlord was a strange little man, he tried to rip us off, by saying we needed to pay 108£ contract charge, which me and chris were like, no! you only have to pay a contract charge if your going through an agency, and then its not that much. he backed down though, and we signed the contract today.

actually, i loved the house, it was perfect, and i can really imagine us all there in the nice front room :)

and theres an internet connection :) so i can still do my internet stuff.

we can move in on the first of july, which is about when the contract here ends.

i'll probably move in then, and get a job in colchester for the summer to get some cash together.

on a sadder note, i got a nasty letter saying 'my ability to pass the year is in doubt'. i know i can pull it back, i know i can. even if i have to work all over easter, without going out, i am going to pass this year. i only need like, 40% to pass. they wouldn't have given me a place here if they didn't think i was clever enough to pass a whole degree, let alone one year. i can do it, i know i can
